We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong, we will make it right. Please read our policy below or contact us directly.
1. Digital Products (Affirmation Booklets)
Our affirmation booklets are delivered as digital (PDF/electronic) products. Because digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned", we generally do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been delivered and accessed.
However, we will issue a full refund if:
- You did not receive the product due to a technical error on our end.
- The product you received was materially different from what was described.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charges).
- You contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not yet accessed or downloaded the product.
2. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
If you are on a subscription plan for monthly booklets:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent the next charge.
- We do not offer partial-month refunds for subscription periods already billed, unless required by law.
3. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number or payment confirmation, the email address used at checkout, and a brief explanation of your request. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may be 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in the suspension of access to digital products. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate issue promptly.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or where a customer has previously received a refund for the same type of product.
